Our Story

Dimock Cheese Store is located just 15 minutes south of Mitchell, on Hwy 37, in Dimock, South Dakota. We have been making quality cheese since 1931. We are a small facility with about 12 employees. Our milk is produced locally by small dairy farmers. We take pride in making quality cheese by hand, the old fashioned way. Stop in for samples and to purchase our many products.
