Dimock Dairy Co-op located in the heart of Pheasant country is the oldest cheese plant in South Dakota, opening its doors in 1931.  Throughout the years Dimock Dairy has changed little in its cheese production processing, we still make our cheese by hand!  Currently the Dairy is owned by a cooperative of 40-45 shareholders. 

Dimock Dairy Cooperative produces many different cheeses including Colby, Cheddar, Monterey Jack, and Colby Jack.  We also have a selection of specialty cheese such as: Garlic & Parsley, Pepper Jack, Bacon & Onion, Salsa, Black Pepper, Habanero and our newest flavor - Chipotle.  Our cheeses are produced in either horns or blocks and cut down to one pound and 8 oz pieces.

Dimock Dairy Cooperative also creates cheese trays with a variety of their cheeses for any special event you may have planned.  The gift box makes a wonderful gift for any occasion.  There are two sizes from which to choose. We will take your orders over the phone, through the mail or over the internet.   We also have the variety packs.  In the 9 piece you will receive Colby, Garlic & Parsley, Chipotle, KoJack Pepper, Bacon & Onion, Black Pepper, Colby Jack, Smoked Cheddar and Cheddar.  In the 12 piece variety pack this will include Colby, Garlic & Parsley, Chipotle, Habanero, Bacon & Onion, Black Pepper, Smoked Cheddar, Cheddar, Colby Jack, Italian, Ranch and Pepper Jack.  Note the variety packs are prepackaged and there are no substitutes.  To order these products please click on our products tab!
