In the boxes please indicate how many pounds of each kind of cheese you would like to order. Orders will be shipped Monday through Wednesday. Gift boxes available, do your shopping early. If your order is to be picked up, please use the extra instructions section and specify the date you will be picking up the order. Orders of any products of less than 1/2 lb increments will not be accepted. **Prices are subject to change *** NOTE ON GIFT BOXES: FLAVORS MAY VARY BASED ON PRODUCT AVAILABILITY. Also Cheese Trays can not be mailed, a pickup item only. Cooler Boxes/Ice will be used during warm weather between April and October with an additional charge of $8.00 to cover expense of cooler and ice.

Our order form is an editable PDF. Fill it out and hit submit. We will receive and process your order and you can save a copy of the PDF on your computer. We do not process credit cards on this site, so you will receive a bill in the mail using the address you submit. Mac users may need to save the PDF file to use the form.
